Kalin Tomlinson scored the lone goal against CSU East Bay and Alison Kung scored against CSU Monterey Bay. Keeper Ricki Ives was named the CCAA Women’s Soccer Player of the Week after recording nine saves through two shutouts. By the Numbers: Daisy Duran leads the team in scoring with four goals. Samantha Putnam hopes to continue to add to her team leading four assists. The Broncos are averaging 1.6 points per game which puts them in the middle of the conference. The defense is performing phenomenal as they’ve pitched six shutouts and only allowed five goals in nine games.    Triton Report: UCSD is off to a great start as it enters the game 7-2-0 overall and is unbeaten in CCAA play with a record of 4-0-0. One of the top teams in the country, the Tritons sit at No. 7 overall in the United Soccer Coaches’ National Rankings for week four.
