Lone Star College Systems Small Business Development Center, the Lone Star College-CyFair Branch Library and the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce will co-host a dont-miss information-packed seminar series this fall designed to help business owners and their employees build a successful business.
Invest one Wednesday a week Oct. 1 through Oct. 29 and maximize the success of your business and attend the Business Success Seminars held from 8 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. in the library, room 131 at 9191 Barker Cypress. There is no fee to attend the seminars.
Oct. 1: New Generation Latino MarketDel Mar Clark, Lopez Negrete Communications, explores the New Generation Latino market and gives insights on how to harness this powerful and enormous demographic wave.
Oct. 8: Maximize Your YouTube Marketing ResultsSiva Yenneti of ITVibes shares actionable tips to enhance YouTube marketing to increase brand exposure and to create search engine optimization on Google
Oct. 15: Show Me the Money! or How to Read a Financial Statement This workshop with Deb Hroch, QuickBooks Pro, teaches how to analyze a company’s monetary health by looking at various financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow. It also includes tools to assess a company’s financial health.
Oct. 22: Prospecting in Social MediaDiscover how to drill down to the gold using social media. Small Business Development Center consultant and business owner, Karen Sharp, leads this practical, how-to seminar on searching LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to find just the right prospect.
October 29, 2014 Google+ Marketing TacticsShould your business be on Google+? How does this differ from other social media sites? Doug Mansfield of Mansfield Marketing shows how to promote your business on Google+.
